I need a new oven.

Rolls and bread made from the same batch of dough – behaved entirely differently on top and bottom shelf.

The buns “peaked”.

There is something very wrong with that oven. Has it anything to do with the kitchen knife that was jammed in the fan blades, I wonder.

Whatever – the buns are tasty even if they look disastrous. I just knocked up a 3 egg base using butter, then added vanilla essence and some freeze-dried berries. They are topped with a Mascarpone Buttercream and crushed freeze-dried berries. I still have a full tray of eggs to deal with…
